GUIDE 6 OF 6

Privacy and your data

SEO Signals is run by Agent Smith, based in Southampton, United Kingdom. This guide summarises how your data is handled. The privacy policy has the full details.

Updated

What SEO Signals stores

  • Your account details and settings.
  • Your Google connection, encrypted, so the dashboard can read the data you authorised.
  • Your conversations, tracked fixes and any API keys you add, including a Bing Webmaster key, with keys encrypted.

Your Google access is read-only. SEO Signals never sells your data and does not use Google data for advertising or to train general AI models.

Remove SEO Signals’ access to Google

Go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, find SEO Signals and remove its access. SEO Signals can then no longer read your Google data.

Delete your account and data

Email hello@seo-signals.com from your account email address and ask for deletion. Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days, except anything the law requires us to keep.

AI and your data

When you ask a question, SEO Signals sends it with a summary of the selected site’s data, including Bing data if you connected Bing, to the AI provider for the model you chose: Anthropic, OpenAI or, with your own key, OpenRouter. Demo sessions use sample data and are deleted after one hour.

See your own priorities

Connect Search Console and Google Analytics with read-only access. Your first priorities are free, and the demo needs no account.
